Our class library is here to inspire you; whether you are tight on time, need a safe space to meditate or are looking to push yourself physically and mentally, you will be able to find something to suit your yogi needs;
Hot Power - A 60 minute vinyasa style class, challenging power flows focusing on breath work, mind-body connection and working up a sweat, followed by meditation at the end of the session to clear our busy minds, creating a space of stillness and peace all under the heat of our infrared lights.
Vinyasa - A perfect way to wind down at the end of your day, focusing on breath work and movement meditation this 60min vinyasa class will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Stretching the body from head to toe and ending with a short guided meditation.
Early Riser - A short flow to awaken & open the body, preparing you for the day. Focusing on Sun Salutations, mediation through movement & breath work.
Yin - Slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. The practice allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. Yin yoga also improves flexibility, boosts circulation, and reduces tension
Rise & Shine - Explore breathwork to calm & balance the nervous system, and thoughtfully crafted flows using bands and weights to improve strength, stamina & circulation. Once we’ve energized and strengthened the body, we’ll transition into an extra-long savasana, including live shamanic drumming over the body - the perfect opportunity to rest, recharge, and truly connect with the internal benefits of yoga.
Candle Lit Slow Flow - A soothing restorative flow, a calming nidra meditation, and a crystal bowl sound bath with reiki treatment to finish. This special session is designed to help you start the month with peace and tranquility, setting a positive tone for the month ahead. We'll focus on supporting the body through the asana practice, followed by a deep relaxation practice that nurtures both body and mind.
